About HWY20 Ads Reporting

HWY20 Ads Reporting is an internal Highway 20 Productions business tool used by authorized personnel to work with Meta advertising assets owned by Highway 20 Productions or assigned by an authorized client. It does not currently offer public account creation or Facebook Login.

Requesting access or deletion

If you believe Highway 20 Productions has personal information associated with you through this website or the HWY20 Ads Reporting workflow, submit a request through the Highway 20 Productions contact form and begin the message with “Meta Data Deletion Request.”

Include enough information to identify the relevant relationship or business asset, such as your name, contact information, company, Facebook Page or Instagram account name, and the reason for the request. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment information, government identification, or other sensitive credentials through the form.

What happens next

• Highway 20 Productions will acknowledge the request using the contact information provided.
• The requester’s identity and authority to act for the relevant person or business asset may need to be verified.
• Relevant Highway 20 Productions systems and authorized records will be reviewed.
• Information will be deleted, anonymized, disconnected, or retained as required by applicable contracts, security needs, or legal obligations.
• The requester will receive confirmation when the review is complete or an explanation if additional information is required.

Removing Meta access

A business administrator may also remove Highway 20 Productions access to assigned Meta assets through the applicable Meta Business settings. Removing access may prevent further collection through the integration but does not automatically erase records that must be retained for security, contractual, accounting, or legal reasons.

Expected response time

Highway 20 Productions will respond to and complete a verified deletion request within one month, unless additional information is needed to verify or complete the request or retention is required by contract, security needs, or applicable law.
