Purpose and scope

These Terms of Service describe terms for the Highway 20 Productions website and the internal HWY20 Ads Reporting integration. It does not replace a signed client agreement, statement of work, estimate, release, license, or other service-specific contract.

Website information

Website material is provided for general information about Highway 20 Productions and its services. Specific availability, scope, pricing, schedules, deliverables, licensing, and usage rights must be confirmed in the applicable written agreement.

HWY20 Ads Reporting

HWY20 Ads Reporting is an internal business tool for authorized Highway 20 Productions personnel. It may be used only with Meta advertising assets owned by Highway 20 Productions or assigned by an authorized client. Access does not authorize changes outside the assigned account, approved campaign, or approved operating scope.

Authorized use

• Do not attempt to access accounts, systems, data, or advertising assets without permission.
• Do not submit passwords, access tokens, payment information, or other sensitive credentials through public website forms.
• Do not interfere with the website, security controls, or connected services.
• Do not use website content or connected tools in violation of applicable contracts, platform rules, or law.

Third-party services

The website and internal advertising workflow may link to or rely on third-party services, including Meta and website-related providers. Those services are governed by their own terms, policies, and agreements.

Intellectual property and submitted material

Ownership, licenses, portfolio use, releases, music, trademarks, customer assets, and other content rights are governed by the applicable written agreement or permission.

Service agreements

When Highway 20 Productions provides paid services, the applicable proposal, estimate, agreement, statement of work, invoice terms, and approved change orders control over conflicting general website language.
